Youth Auditions for The Little Prince
Resonance Works seeks enthusiastic and accomplished young treble singers for the lead role of The Little Prince and and understudy for its November 2026 production of The Little Prince - November 20, 21, and 22nd 2026 at Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall in Carnegie, PA.
Casting will not be limited by age or by gender. Those wishing to be considered should fill out the application form - HERE.
Auditions will be scheduled June 3, 4, and 5 by appointment. Auditionees should prepare a song that best demonstrates their vocal and acting abilities. Depending on the timing of your audition, you may be asked to prepare an excerpt from the roles we are looking to cast.
A pianist will be provided. Please bring sheet music for your solo selection for the pianist.

Roles to be cast:
The Little Prince - lead role in 2-act opera - a youngster who has been traveling the universe in search of what is most important in life, learning truths about love, friendship, and the importance of seeing with the heart.
Staging rehearsals and performances for will be held from November 4 - 22, 2026, with individual musical coachings scheduled earlier in October.
A small honorarium will be paid for each of these roles.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and will be accepted until the roles are cast.
Chorus Auditions for the 2025-26 season will be held in late summer 2025. Stay tuned!
